Founded in 1993, Shanghai Automotive Industry Sales is a wholly owned subsidiary of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited specializing in the sale and service of vehicles of different brands.
With Anji as its service brand, the company is devoted to providing professional and standard automotive sales and services to Chinese customers, in a continuing effort to establish itself as China's most reliable automotive service brand.
Anji has become a well-known automobile dealer group over the past two decades, acting as automotive sales and services agent for dozens of brands, including SAIC Roewe, MG, Chase, Cadillac, Buick, Chevrolet, SAIC-Volkswagen, Skoda, Volkswagen Import and Subaru. Headquartered in Shanghai, the company has more than 40 service outlets in 15 cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Nanjing, Wuxi, Xiamen and Sanya.

Founded in August 2000, Anji Automotive Logistics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited specializing in automotive logistics and providing services to domestic and foreign automotive engine and parts manufacturers.
The business scope of Anji Automotive Logistics includes logistic support for vehicles, ports, shipping, supply chains, and special cargos, as well as express delivery services. The company also attaches great importance to the development of technology and finance in order to further improve its supply chain ecosystem. Anji Automotive Logistics's whole-chain services and omni-channel operation model energize its international business.
The Shanghai Automotive Industry Activity Center was founded in 1995, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited. The center has three major business segments, namely Anyomall (industrial businesses), Anyolife (life-related businesses) and hotel businesses. Anyomall mainly provides industrial services to SAIC Motor and related manufacturers, such as e-procurement of non-production materials, online auctions, procurement consulting, supply chain collaboration, equipment maintenance and warehouse management.
Anyolife is an online service platform cooperating with enterprises such as Bailian Group, Sinopec, and China Eastern Airlines to offer high-quality services to its customers, aiming to develop it into a first-class customer loyalty platform in the industry. The Center's hotel business is conducted at the Blue Palace Hotel where conferences, training and reception activities are provided.
Shanghai Automotive Asset Management was founded in November 2002. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited, and specializes in asset management, energy management and environmental protection services.

Headquartered in Nanjing's Gulou district, Donghua Automotive Industrial Co., LTD. was jointly invested in by Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (Group) and Nanjing Yuejin Motors in December 2007. It was established in April 2008 with a registered capital of 1.08 billion yuan ($154.83 million), and currently has more than 5,700 employees.
After more than 10 years of development, Donghua has transformed from an enterprise focusing on traditional manufacturing to a modern venture committed to diversified development covering "mobile travel, service trade, science and technology innovation parks, equity investment, and spare parts manufacturing". It now covers a total land area of more than 200 hectares in Nanjing, with 32 subsidiaries.
