SAIC MAXUS opens new chapter in aftersales service
September 22, 2015
Following explosive growth in 2014, China’s automotive aftermarket has gradually slowed down and is in need of new forces to drive it ahead.
On Sept 18, SAIC MAXUS launched an onsite services program, which set a brand-new standard for aftersales services of the commercial vehicles sector in China.
The program offers one-stop standardized onsite aftersales services that are equivalent to those offered at its dealerships, covering nearly 60 service items in the categories of vehicle testing, repair and maintenance, including 10 testing items free of charge.
The program boasts genuine parts, professional technicians and standardized service equipment and procedures. Compared with other maintenance shops, MAXUS is more familiar with its own products and thus can better ensure the quality of maintenance services.
Since its founding, MAXUS has been earnestly seeking to “maximize the interests of consumers” with high-quality services. The company has launched a global parts center as well as China’s first commercial vehicles experience center. The latest program is another innovative measure aimed to benefit consumers and also help lift the brand’s image and market status.
